    The Kas Controle Commissie is not a committee that members will interact with on a weekly basis, nor will it organize any activities or social events. However, indirectly, you deal with the Treasury Control Committee every day. This committee ensures that all financial flows within Heeren XVII remain financially sound. The treasurer is primarily responsible for all financial transactions, but the Kas Controle Commissie checks the work they do to ensure that no financial problems arise within the association. This includes reviewing all subsidy requests, for example, for activities and trips, to verify their validity and to ensure that important points are not overlooked in these application procedures. Additionally, every committee creates a budget and financial report for the academic year. These are, of course, scrutinized, with the most important criterion being that the amounts on both sides of the balance sheet must be equal.

    At the beginning of every college year the most important task of the KCC starts, namely checking the final account of Heeren XVII for the previous college year. The goal is not only to point out errors to the treasurer, but also to find out where the errors come from. In the end the result is always there; a correct final statement that makes it possible for the study association Heeren XVII to run another year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
